Description: 113 pp; the classic treatise on the subject; this is the separate volume of text which is well-illustrated with 45 b & w photos and line drawings. Published without a dj in dark green boards. Condition is Fine. The second volume consists of 56 double-page, fold-outs; of which 50 pp are the plates themselves. all are detailed line drawings. There is very noticable moisture staining to the first 32 pp that extends from top edge, across page to right edge in most cases. On a few pages this extends to portions of the top drawing on the page. the ffep has a tear of approximately 1" to top left corner. Rear end papers show some browning. Bind is tight; rear board has some scuffing and damp staining to top edge extending approximately 3" down. Paper title slip on spine is torn and scuffed.
