Terms of Sale
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal*, personal and business checks are fine as well, as are money orders; but must be in US funds drawn on a US bank or institution. All items are guaranteed as described and may be returned within 7 days of receipt providing they are in the same condition as originally sent. Please contact us before doing so and we suggest all returns be fully insured.
*IF YOU WISH TO PAY WITH PAYPAL; WE WILL INVOICE YOU THROUGH OUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND PAYMENT CAN BE MADE WITH ANY CREDIT CARD DIRECTLY TO PAYPAL.
We are always pleased to answer any questions about any of our books, send photos or photocopies, or explain any item in greater detail via phone or e-mail.
All books with dust jackets are covered with mylar plastic covers.
Shipping Terms
Domestic shipments are sent via USPS Media or Priority Mail; International shipments are sent via Priority Mail. Upon request we can arrange shipping via commercial carrier at actual cost. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 lbs. or 1 kilo. If your book order is heavier or oversize we may contact you to advise of extra shipping costs. Insurance can be added at actual cost upon request.
Domestic orders:
For Media Mail, $4.00 will be added to the cost of a single book with an additional $3.00 being added for each additional book.
For Priority Mail, $10.00 will be added to the cost of a single book with an
additional $4.00 for each additional book.
Maine Sales Tax of 5% applies to all orders shipped within the State of Maine; unless we have on hand an actual copy of a current re-sale certificate.
International orders:
Costs vary as to size and weight of books ordered:
For orders fitting into Priority Flat Rate envelopes $12.00 will be added.
For orders requiring Priority Flat Rate boxes $40.00 will be added.
